Emergency AC & Heating Repair
Emergency AC & Heating Repair in Mobile, Alabama
Some HVAC problems can wait for a normal appointment. Some can’t. If your system has stopped working and it’s putting your home, your health, or your property at risk, call us first — we prioritize true emergencies.
What Counts as an HVAC Emergency
Not every breakdown is an emergency, but these situations are — call us right away if you’re dealing with any of them:
Dangerous Indoor Heat
Your AC is out during high outdoor temperatures and the inside of your home has climbed into the 80s or higher. On the Gulf Coast, that’s not just uncomfortable — for kids, elderly family members, pets, and anyone with a health condition, it can become dangerous fast.
No Heat in Freezing Conditions
Your furnace or heat pump won’t turn on during a hard freeze, and indoor temperatures are dropping toward dangerous levels. A cold snap on the Gulf Coast catches a lot of systems off guard — this is a real emergency, not something to wait out.
Water Leaking From the Unit
Water leaking from the ceiling around an attic air handler, or pooling under an indoor unit, usually means a clogged or failed condensate drain. Left alone, this leads to real water damage — this needs attention quickly, not eventually.
Other situations we treat as priority calls: AC or heat that’s completely stopped working with no warning, a system blowing hot air when it should be cooling, a furnace that won’t turn on at all, or a system tripping the breaker repeatedly.
What to Do While You Wait
If water is leaking
Turn the system off at the thermostat to stop more water from draining, and place towels or a container under the leak if it’s safe to reach.
If it’s dangerously hot or cold indoors
Move to the coolest or warmest part of the house available, use fans or extra blankets as a stopgap, and check on kids, elderly family members, and pets first.

Emergency HVAC FAQ
Do you offer 24 hour AC repair?
We prioritize true emergencies and do our best to respond quickly outside normal hours. Sunday is reserved specifically for emergency calls.
What counts as an emergency versus a regular repair?
Dangerous indoor temperatures (extreme heat or a hard freeze with no heat), water actively leaking from your system, or a complete system failure with no warning are emergencies. A system that’s simply running less efficiently or making a new noise can usually wait for a scheduled visit.
Do you charge a diagnostic or trip fee for emergency calls?
We tell you what’s wrong and what it costs before we start any work — no mystery fees, no surprise charges, even on an emergency call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we are licensed, bonded, and insured, holding Alabama HVAC license AL-18110.
